Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days.

How long does delivery take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
How do I request a return?
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email sales@jadeandclay.com with your order number and item name.

Can I update my shipping address?

Once an order is shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
