Refund & Return Policy
Return Request Deadline
You must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Approval & Deadline
Once your return request is approved, the item must be returned and delivered to our facility within 15 days of approval.
How to Request a Return
- Email sales@jadeandclay.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Condition
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued for the product price only after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used candles, diffusers, or fragrance/beauty products.
- Sale, clearance, and gift cards.
- Customized or personalized items.
Return Address
All returns must be shipped to the official Jade & Clay return address provided in your return confirmation email.
Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted, processed, or refunded.
